At Buildup Estimation, we are committed to delivering accurate and professional construction estimating services. As our services involve customized digital work prepared specifically for each client, this policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

Service Nature

All estimates, material takeoffs, and quantity surveys are custom-prepared based on the drawings, specifications, and project information provided by the client.

Because every project is unique, our services are considered personalized digital services.

Order Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before work has commenced.

If work has not started, a full refund may be issued.

If work has already begun, a partial refund may be provided depending on the amount of work completed.

Once the completed estimate has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and is generally not eligible for cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered if:

• We fail to deliver the agreed service.
• The delivered files are incomplete due to our error.
• We are unable to complete the project after accepting the order.

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Change of mind after work has started.
• Incorrect or incomplete drawings supplied by the client.
• Changes to project scope after work has begun.
• Delays caused by waiting for client information or approvals.

Revisions

If the delivered estimate contains errors directly caused by our team, we will provide reasonable revisions at no additional cost.

Requests resulting from revised drawings, design modifications, or scope changes may require an additional quotation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
